Easiest & Quickest Burn Fat Exercise (Anyone Can Do It!)

In this article I am going to discuss the easiest, quickest & most efficient type of exercise to lose body fat FAST! Over the years I have tried many different types of exercise specifically designed to burn body fat while preserving muscle tissue. I've tried getting up and going for 6 mile runs on an empty stomach. I've tried joining military style boot camps where you get run ragged for hours on end.

Although these things work they are bloody hard work! Then I discovered High Intensity Interval Training or HIIT for short. Not only is this type exercise a lot easier, fun and less time consuming it's also a lot more effective. I was blown away! I actually found I could lose 3lb of fat a week just by added this type of exercise to my lifestyle 2-3 times a week. Okay so now you know why you should do this, let's get into the how!

What you will need:

Treadmill, exercise bike, rowing machine or simply somewhere outside suitable for running. A Gym kit Good training shoes that provide adequate support (if you are flat footed then defiantly invest in some support insoles) A positive Attitude!

Choose your aerobic exercise and begin with a light warm up for approximately 5 minutes. Once you are warmed up I want you to work at your absolute maximum effort for only 1 minute, then back to a steady pace for 1 minute, then maximum effort for 1 minute, then steady pace for 1 minute. Follow this pattern for a minimum of 10 minutes. The more you do the more fat you will burn.

I hope you have enjoyed this article on the most efficient way to burn fat with exercise, it really does work so why not give it a try and see if it works for you? Good luck with your exercising goals!
