5. Avoid foods that are overly processed. While some frozen meals are excellent choices, the majority are not. Avoid them because they contain excess salts and other nasty chemical ingredients that are especially harmful to the body. You will feel better if you ditch these, and also lose more weight!

Lastly, be sure to always eat enough. Many people think that the fewer calories you consume the more weight you will lose. This can actually lead to fatigue, irritability, sickness, and weakness of the body. Dizziness and upset stomach are also commonplace for those that do not consume enough calories daily.
